I can’t remember the name of an old western help!?

I think it had john wayne in it (almost positive it did) But a cowboy is bringing a bunch of mail order brides across the frontier to a small town (i think a mining town) of men. Help this is driving me nuts. I know I saw the movie a million times as a child. I remember one scene when one of the wagons startes sinking or looses a wheel and they have to unload everything. and one of the women is pregnant she has the baby while they are traveling.
